And the tasty pie from "15 minutes of job" series with apple and cinnamon.

Quick recipe, even quicker making :)

4 eggs
3/4 glass of sugar
1/2 glass of oil
1 1/2 glass of flour
2 spoons of baking powder
vanilla aroma - couple drops (it's optional)
1 big apple
inch of cinnamon

Mix eggs with sugar to the smooth consistensy, add oil and mix again. Add a baking powder to the flour and mix it up, then add one after another taplespoon to the wet ingridiens and mix it all the time. If you want, you can add couple drops of aroma. Apply some margarine on your cake mould and pour your pastry into it. Slice your apple to the little particles and strew it on the top of the cake. Sprinkle with cinnamon and bake 40-45 minutes in 150 degrees C.

And then you eat it! Or... your boyfriend/girlfriend eats the cake! :)
