These pics present one of my favourite light meals. This is baked salmon with butter, garlic and spices. I used some fry sprouts with fried clove of garlic. Bread doesn't contains salt or sugar and it's made on natural sourdough. To keep my stomach and mind in good health I bought a pigment and chemicals free pear juice.
Au naturel!
Here is the recipe:
salmon:
1 salmon steak
1 clove of garlic
basil, oregano, pepper
1 small tomato
a big pinch of chives
4 cherry tomatoes
butter
olive
baking paper
fry sprouts:
sprouts
1 clove of garlic
oil or olive
pinch of salt
natural bread
How to make:
Take a baking paper and spread the tbsp. of olive to it. Put the salmon steak on the paper. Crush a clove of garlic and put on the salmon, took a little of butter and dispose on the garlic. Sprinkle with spices, a lot. Put the slices of tomatoe on your salmon, wrap up the baking paper with a little aperture. Bake for 20-25 minutes on 150 Celsius degrees.
Sprouts:
Fry sprouts with crushed clove of garlic and salt on the tbsp. of olive.
Add a bread.
And that's it! You may want to sprinkle a salmon with the chives, add a leaf of lettuce and couple of cherry tomatoes sprinkled with pepper.^^
