And the yummy vegetarian pizza!

I'm on my blog for the first time in New Year ;)
So, Happy New Year bunnies! ;) I hope you had wonderful Xmas time and also New Year's Eve great fun.
I had.

What about delicious and healthy pizza? We made it with my my boyfriend and add some garlic sauce also made by us.

Since I am a vegetarian (it's been almost two months) I lost 2 sises ;) I'm fighting all the time but without eating meat I fill very well, light and fresh. It realy helps for my state of being.

Here is the recipe for pizza:

3 cups of flour
1/2 glass of water
40 gramm of yeast to dissolve into water (or you can use dry yeast: 2 tsp.)
1 tbsp.of oil
pinch of salt

Squezze the pastry gently until you'll get a stiff consistency. If it is to much water, add the flour, if to much flour, add a little water to make get the adequate consistency. Bake for 20 minutes on 175 degrees.

We use:

Red pepper
Black olives
Camembert cheese
Ripening Cheese
Broccoli
Zucchini
Eggplant

You can add how much you want to.

Sauce:

On the base of pastry Jac Daniel's Smokey BBQ sauce
And on top the garlic sauce:

2-3 cloves of garlic
low-fat cream
pinch of salt

Crush the garlic, add a salt, than add the cream and mix.
