And I'm vegetarian now! I'm so proud of me!

I was a very dogged carnivore for all my live. I love to cook, bake and eat delicious meals and pies. I'm good at cooking, people like my food. The meat taste was adorable and I couldn't imagine a dinner without it. Until now...

My sister is a vegetarian for three years. Earlier she almost didn't eat meat, because she didn't like it very much. But vegetarianism is not only the no meat diet, but this is definite lifestyle. My sister resigned from eating animals because of the wrongness that they don't diserve.

My motive is similar. I don't want to eat meat, wear furs and leater jacets, I would like to live ecological, so I started doing this. I'm so against consumerism and massive killing and also I tink that if I don't eat meat, I'm healthier and I'm filling amazing!

I started:

don't eat meat and soups wit meat - for ever
don't drink milk - is not healthy for adult and I don't need it. I prefer coconut milk added to the coffee.
don't eat honey - agave syrup is 3 times sweetier than sugar and has got a 5 times lower glycaemic index
don't eat mayonnaise - not healthy
don't consume sugar - not healthy
don't eat bread wit fake viamin c - ascorbic acid
don't consume gluten - you know why
planning  to not eat eggs
planning to not to eat cheese except mould cheese

eat fish and seafood - I'm pescovegetarian

Time to go to bed. I had a nice day today :) I eated easily digested salad made by myself with NO BREAD and for the dessert was delicious persimmon. I'll write about persimmon and also why I don't eat bananas from European hipermarkets and markets. Goodnight bunnies^..^

And the sweet puppy Rocko.

We just had received a photo. It's a very special photo, because it introduces Rocko when he was so tiny and cute and tiny :) Rocko as a puppy had a different coloring to that he has got know. Now, Rocko is tricolor and then was white and black, he's nose was rosy with black dots and later it had changed, as an adult dog he has got so black nose.

We can't believe that he could change his appearance so much! :)

And the delicious dinner!

Today, I've made a very healthy dinner. The food was full of vitamins and very delicious. My meal had consisted green bean, Italian tuna, tomatoe, garlic, sorrel, pumpkin seeds and the rest is on my recipe below :)

Recipe:

A bunch of greenbean
Italian tuna - 8 gram can
1 Tomatoe
A clove of garlic
1 leaf of sorrel
1 slice of cheese
1 tbsp. of pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp. of capers (if you like, capers has a strong smell and taste)
A little bit of butter for the boiled green bean
Small pinch of salt
Milled peper - a lot (it tastes great with tomatoes)
A few drops of lemon juice for tuna

NO BREAD :)

Green bean came from Peru and Mexico. It's cultivating there since 7000 years. This is the leguminous vegetable which is rich in many vitamins such as:

* vitamin C
* vitamin B2
* vitamin B3
* folic acid

and mineral components like:

* magnesium
* potassium
* manganese

Green bean is also rich in dietary fiber, which helps in weight loss :)

And making the choices!

Everybody makes resolutions, some people prefer to make New Year's resolutions, others are making resolutions without an occasion but always there is a reason. I have a reason too.

So, I made a resolution... To live beautyful, get creative all the time, spent a lot of time with my loved ones, have a great, cozy home with pretty things (which I'll do by myself ^^), amazing job, which I'll love so much and the most important thing is... to keep my relationship abiding and unswerving so far :)

To warm up this cold days I took a photo of my mini candle lanterns!

Now we are living with my boyfriend's parents in their home, we have only unfinished toilet, room which is not so big for two adult people and two adult animals  and very small computer's room. I wrote about today living conditions in this short post.

But it is a good news! We will have a new home for few months, yay! It will be 55 meters loft at my parents house. I know what you thing, living with parents... oh noh... It depends! What kind of people they are? My parents are amazing, helpful, hardworking, and they aren't snoopy!

Loft is completely raw for now but I'll took some photos and show you to observe the progression. We decided to make the floor by ourselves. It will be natural, ecological and so so so cheap :) And we will have the good time with making this floor. This will be a PAPER FLOOR! (I'll write about paper floor in the next post). But it have to wait... We must assemble some funds to fix up our whole nest :)

And today's shopping.

Okey, I did some shopping and I'm here, on my blog. I didn't have Internet for few days, because of the break-down.

And going back to the point, I bought some cosmetics this time. I needed the good shampoo, the concealers and a serum for my split ends.

I was in few drugstores and finally I found the TONI&GUY CLEANSE Shampoo for demaged hair. It costs about twenty zlotys, like 7 dollars. I had washed my hair once with tis cosmetic but I thin it will be good for me. It foams great, it's very roductive - only few drops is to be enough to wash quite long hair (my are shoulders length). After first wash my hair were so smooth and shiny that my byfriend had noticed the diffrence immidiately. Only one tiny disadvantage of this product is that it smells weird. No! Not "bad" but weird for me :)

The second product is GARNIER FRUCTIS SERUM GOODBYE DAMAGE for split ends. This serum has got an Indian gooseberry fruits oil extract. According to the producer it has to be some kind of bandage for damaged hair and should blend together the split ends.

After two aplications on whole my head hair were:

- so shiny
- very smooth
- smelling amazing, fruity
- looking healthy
- combing out great

But the cure on whole length hair should be done once a time in my opinion, because the hair maybe did not look grossy but they are a little bit floppy. For that reason I use the serum on my split ends when I'm going somewhere and as a bandage on my full hair when I have a lot of time and before taking shower. You can apply serum before drying hair and shaping your hair style.

These are my split ends after second application of serum - 20.11.2013. I'll let you know what is my hair codition after 3-4 weeks of usage this product.

And the adorable owls! Everywhere...

As you know (because you read the title, of course ^^) I love owls, they are amazing animals because of their eyes, so big and cute. And I like sewing very much. According to that... I sewed two felted owls. The design was hundred percent mine. One of the mascots found home at little Nina's arms :)

What I'm having owlish is also my new tray from Home&You and old brooch from Diva in a turquoise color.. I'll show you the tray now :) It is so sweet, right?

And the tasty pie from "15 minutes of job" series with apple and cinnamon.

Quick recipe, even quicker making :)

4 eggs
3/4 glass of sugar
1/2 glass of oil
1 1/2 glass of flour
2 spoons of baking powder
vanilla aroma - couple drops (it's optional)
1 big apple
inch of cinnamon

Mix eggs with sugar to the smooth consistensy, add oil and mix again. Add a baking powder to the flour and mix it up, then add one after another taplespoon to the wet ingridiens and mix it all the time. If you want, you can add couple drops of aroma. Apply some margarine on your cake mould and pour your pastry into it. Slice your apple to the little particles and strew it on the top of the cake. Sprinkle with cinnamon and bake 40-45 minutes in 150 degrees C.

And then you eat it! Or... your boyfriend/girlfriend eats the cake! :)

I'm waiting for that nice sweter-blouse with owl! I saw it on facebook and I ordered it immediately. It costs only 49 zlotys like 17 dollars.

And the can't get costant access to warm water again!

I'm tired of that situation. Actually, at the place where we live now is no constant access to warm or hot water. The water heater is so small and old. It was bought as a second-hand item about eight years ago! When the water is getting hot, we can take a shower but watch out - usually there isn't enough water for two of us and me or my boy  Additionally, there are five people in this house. Parents of my boyfriend, the grandfather, sometimes Marius's sister and of course me and he. It's imposible to take a shower one after another even though the heater heats water for two hours :( halkap

And meet my cutests friends!

Hello everyone, in this post I would like to show you my pets and of course say few things about their story and characters. Their ways to happiness were a bit bumpy, but finnaly they are with us :)

Meet my cute cat, she's Kitty and she's almost three and a half years old. She was born at 19 of June 2010 as one of four beautiful kittens. Her coat is mottled grey with some black stripes and her tip of the tale is ginger :) She also has got some ginger spots on her body. Her favourite dih is a fish, what a rhyme! Kitty had siblings - three other kittens. Two of them were ginger and they were cute tomcats, the last kitten was the smallest and very shy. She was looking exactly like her mum, which name was Sound, it means the kitten coat was tricolor: ginger, mottled grey and white.

Kitty was mine from first sight and other kittens also found good homes. But from the beginning, I could see these little treasures, because at that time I met my boyfiernd, it was almost four years ago and the kittens were belong to him. I saw Kitty and loved her immidiately and after that I found how good guardian was Marius - my later boyfiernd - and I had crushed on him! It was likea clap of thunder. I thought it would be nice to have they both, my boy and the cat and the wish was granted :)

Sound was very independent cat, which when wanted something, grabed it in her paws and eated :)

Socky was well-behaved, when something was on the plate, he looked at this until we just gave it to him :)

Kitty:

She could be mean, anytime she'd like to be! But we love her for her independence (from mother character) and devotion (from her father character). Kitty didn't like other animals, becaue of her childhood I think. Earlier we shared flat with my sister, her dog was a puppy at that time. She was steady focused on annoying Kitty. It wa horrible, where would the Kitt go, she had her stalker. She was nervous and touchy. We moved out later and the nightmare was ended :)

But the new dog...

Ten months ago my boyfriend took a dog to our home. He appeared so big when he stand near Kitty, I was afraid that he might be agressive to the cat, because till now he lived at the country. Additonally, wasn't good news that he was bad treated and fraighten and beaten. God, what would be... I thought.

Rocko:

This dog is about four years old, his coat id tricolor: white, ginger and black. We suspect that he is at least half beagle. His character lead to it. He loves to sniff all the time when we go walking! Sometimes it's irkome, especially when I'm in a hurry. Also this behavior should be corrected all the time until the dog will can keep attention only on you. Then he can do some sniffing :) He can achieve a couple tricks, which my boyfriend had teatched him. But it has to be repeated all the time, cause if not, the dog will forget this things.

The new start.

It wasn't that bad as I was suspected. Rocko turn out very gentle dog. Even though he lived with hens, goats and ducks, he didn't hurt other animals. So we are calm about him. And now there is a catch! Kitty wasn;t so friendly for him... Although it was amazing that he tolerated him like no other animal, sometimes she slap his face with her paw! But no need to fear! Is is rather intermittently and we always corect her behavior until she stop doing this forever :) It works, because that incidents are more and more rare. And what is the biggest surprise - Rocko is calm and affable to her!
