And a very healthy meal.

These pics present one of my favourite light meals. This is baked salmon with butter, garlic and spices. I used some fry sprouts with fried clove of garlic. Bread doesn't contains salt or sugar and it's made on natural sourdough. To keep my stomach and mind in good health I bought a pigment and chemicals free pear juice.

Au naturel!

Here is the recipe:

salmon:
1 salmon steak
1 clove of garlic
basil, oregano, pepper
1 small tomato
a big pinch of chives
4 cherry tomatoes
butter
olive
baking paper

fry sprouts:
sprouts
1 clove of garlic
oil or olive
pinch of salt

natural bread

How to make:

Take a baking paper and spread the tbsp. of olive to it. Put the salmon steak on the paper. Crush a clove of garlic and put  on the salmon, took a little of butter and dispose on the garlic. Sprinkle with spices, a lot. Put the slices of tomatoe on your salmon, wrap up the baking paper with a little aperture. Bake for 20-25 minutes on 150 Celsius degrees.

Sprouts:

Fry sprouts with crushed clove of garlic and salt on the tbsp. of olive.

Add a bread.

And that's it! You may want to sprinkle a salmon with the chives, add a leaf of lettuce and couple of cherry tomatoes sprinkled with pepper.^^

And the tasty cucumber cream soup without meat!

I did my first no meat soup, cream soup exactly. I used only a little piece of soft butter as a grease. Pickled cucumber is what you need, especially at winter, when the wind carouses and it's very cold outside. Your lips and all your skin is more dry than ever and sometimes we struggle with puncture skin f our lips. Not only lip balms and moisturising creams are needed in that case. It is important to care about skin from inside. And that is our hero: pickled cucumber! ^^ Yay!

This product has got a lot of good bacteries, which help the organism with the yeast infections, help to digest the stodgy and toxic elements of food. Pickled cucumbers or pickled cabbage also deacidyfy strongly the whole organism. Pickles are rich source of fiber, mineral salts and vitamins. Apart from that it contains vitamin C, pickled cucumbers have got considerable sums of magnesium, potassium, and beta carotene. As a titbit I say that the vitamin C which contains raw cucumber is very small, but a pickled cucumber and its juice contains a lot of vitamin C. Eating the pickles is very useful for our skin, nails and hair.

Here is the recipe for cucumber cream soup:

2 pickled cucumbers
1 carrot
2 medium potatoes
a clove of garlic
1 vegetable stock cube
1 tablespoon of butter
pepper, oregano or basil, bay leaf
half glass of cream

How to made:

Melt the butter in the pot, add the garlic, fry a minute, add finelly cuted potatoes and carrot. Suffuse it with the broth from stock cube and boil fo 15 minuts, then add finelly cuted pickled cucumbers and boil 10 more minutes with spices. At the end add a cream and blend the soup to the creamy cosistency.

And my amazing sweet apple juice with no sugar!

Yummy, yummy, yummy...

I don't like apple juice from shops. I don't know, it is not tasty. But the apple juice from my apples, from my food processor and made by me... amazing, so tasty, with all vitamines and without sugar, has got a lot of fiber very important in our diet and to keep good health. You can also add a cooled mint brew to have a nice composition. Keep calm and juicing!

And the fabulous cream soup with smoked salmon.

Hello, I'm cooking right now my favourite cream soup. These meal I can eat all the time :) Making it is very easy and quite cheap, only the salmon could be expensive, but not as a caviar or shrimps. It also depends where you live. If you have a sea belong to your country or you're Norwegian, you'll have no problem with the price of the salmon. But always remains promotional prices!

Ok, here is the recipe:

1 medium leek
3 medium potatoes
1 liter of vegetable boullion
1 glass of milk
1 bun
bunch of dill
piece of butter to simmer te leek
smoked salmon - 20 decagrams
minced pepper

How to make:

Slice the leek very thin. Add  butter to the pot, melt the butter and simmer the leek on it. Peel and dice the potatoes and add to the leek. Then suffuse vegetables with the boullion and boil for 15-20 minutes. Cool the soup, add milk, flaked bun10 decagrams of salmon and pour into the blender. Blend to the creamy cosistency and pour back into the pot. Boil for more couple minutes to warm up the soup, then serve in small bowls, add a portioned rest of salmon to the each bowl, sprinkle with fresh dill and minced pepper.

Voila!

And you can do almost all of this work in very, very quickly way with this multifunctional food processor. I have the new one already :) (I'll write a review soon).
