And the delicious dinner!

Today, I've made a very healthy dinner. The food was full of vitamins and very delicious. My meal had consisted green bean, Italian tuna, tomatoe, garlic, sorrel, pumpkin seeds and the rest is on my recipe below :)

Recipe:

A bunch of greenbean
Italian tuna - 8 gram can
1 Tomatoe
A clove of garlic
1 leaf of sorrel
1 slice of cheese
1 tbsp. of pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp. of capers (if you like, capers has a strong smell and taste)
A little bit of butter for the boiled green bean
Small pinch of salt
Milled peper - a lot (it tastes great with tomatoes)
A few drops of lemon juice for tuna

NO BREAD :)



Green bean came from Peru and Mexico. It's cultivating there since 7000 years. This is the leguminous vegetable which is rich in many vitamins such as:

* vitamin C
* vitamin B2
* vitamin B3
* folic acid

and mineral components like:

* magnesium
* potassium
* manganese

Green bean is also rich in dietary fiber, which helps in weight loss :)
